She is a doctorate in management who has over 2 decades of teaching experience as a full time and visiting faculty with premier management institutions. She has conducted Faculty Development programs and training programs for students. She has keen interest in research and has published research papers, case studies, abstracts in international and national journals. Dr. Monica as a corporate trainer has conducted more than 280 Management Development programs, benefitting professionals from the premier organizations in the areas of insurance, management, facility management, soft skills and finance.
