He is an Assistant professor at Sri Balaji University, Pune. He is a NSS club member, Company Project Service (CPS) member, Convenor of Finance Club & Business & Entertainment club, and also member of NAAC committee of BIIB. He stood First Class First in FY B.com / SY B.com / TY B.com in RKT College from 1994-95 to 1996-97. He has co-authored “La Javvaab Pizza” - a book which was published online in March 2021 and is now published in hardcover which will be part of Pune Literature Festival in December, 2022. He completed certification course in “Long distance Running” from American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) in 2019. He has run two full marathons, 30 half marathons and innumerous 10km runs pan India. His blog – vishusir@blogspot.com showcases his interest of writing poems and short stories. One can find over 200 poems and stories published in this blog. He was conferred with “Shiv Kalyan Puraskar” in 2019 for his contribution in the fields of Education, Social Welfare and Sports by Sarva pakshiya shiv sanskruti mandal, Kalyan East. He runs a Library and Reading room in Kalyan East through his trust, V. K. Memorial Welfare Association which provides free reading facility for CA students. He is a member of CSR Committee of WIRC (CA institute) for two terms - 2021-22 and 2022-23. He is a Life Member of Indian Commerce Association His teaching experience spreads over all branches of accounting for 27 years and he specializes as a counselor for students who are interested to pursue professional courses – CA/CS/CMA.
